Welcome to my portfolio

Hello, I am a freelance illustrator, painter, concept artist, and game designer based in Auckland, New Zealand, where I have resided since 2002. This site functions as a hub for all of my personal projects, as well as my portfolio. Please browse through and enjoy my digital and traditional artwork, and then stop by the games and comics sections to see what I am currently working on :)

My services include illustrations, concept art, 2D game graphics, and website design. I am happy to receive commissions for a wide variety of things. If you would like to buy prints, shirts, and posters please visit my SOCIETY6 store here!

It's been a very busy last couple of months! I'm now part of the team at Pixelati, a game studio based in Auckland NZ, and I've been working hard on some more paintings for an upcoming show at Letham Gallery. In terms of the site, I've updated my portfolio with new pieces. You can also find a link to my online shirt store on the left. Feel free to order some stuff, PrintMighty are a good bunch and the shirts look really awesome :)

Added some new pieces to the portfolio. Including my paintings from Letham Gallery's 3-2-1 exhibition, which had a fantastic turnout.

9th July 2012

I have updated the site to provide a central place to post about my side projects, which at the moment is mostly game related work. National Game Development Month has just finished, and though I didn't get my project completed I will be continuing to work on it. You can read more about it in the Games section.

Aside from making games I also have some works on display at Letham Gallery's 3-2-1 exhibition which runs from the 12th July - 24th July. The brief was to produce 5 pieces of work on A4 card, which unsurprisingly is quite a challenge. There was no theme given other than that, and with 170 works from 35 NZ artists there's guaranteed to be a wide variety of takes on the project.

If you experience any problems with the new layout please don't hesitate to contact me.
